Horrible customer service, there IS NOT any. 2. It didn't come with any kind of game.Pros:1. The sound is just going out on this thing. It records off the radio.I was really hoping to get a nice MP3 player, due to the price on this thing and the company name I thought it would be nice. I don't understand why or how but I have to angle my headphones in the headphone jack a certain way to get clear sound.6.The screen could be bigger.7. That automatically converts file so they work on the player.3.
You can set it up so that the hold will only be on the screen and not the button4. It does not work with Mac. That it would function better and longer than my 35 dollar MP3 player. I've recently gotten a PC but I had to jump though a few hoops to get the software to get my computer to recognize it. It's been a few months and this thing really sucks.Cons:1. It scratches so easy, it's rather disgusting.3.
The disc it comes with is out of date and the programs can't be downloaded off of there.5. It's easy to use.2. This thing is just one big disappointment. I got this for Christmas from my dad. Whenever I dare to look at my pictures the thing freezes up.4. It doesn't have to be used with it's software but it has something close to itunes.

Did not come with good detailed instructions. Sometimes I had to really swipe my finger to get it to do what I wanted. The screen went blank. Touchscreen a little difficult.
I will look for something different this time around. Had no problems receiving full refund, plus the shipping I had initially paid. I did package it up and sent it back to vendor. Received item very timely. Was ok to use, took us a little while to figure it out. Has really good sound quality. After all this and 3 weeks of learning to use it, it died.
Will not order another one. Ordered one from vendor of Amazon. You are kinda left on your own. I could still hear music, but could no longer use the touchscreen.
Bluetooth paring with my phone or two bluetooth headset if you want. Radio available if sik of your own music. User friendly, works with WMP or windows. Clear sound, crystal picture.
